The Medical Dosimetrist is a member of the radiation oncology team who has the knowledge and clinical expertise necessary to generate radiation dose distributions and dose calculations in collaboration with the medical physicist and radiation oncologist.
Medical Dosimetrists play a vital role in the planning of radiation therapy treatments and in ensuring that treatment is delivered according to the physician's treatment plan. Working with the Radiation Therapists they consistently search for new products, equipment and solutions that improve treatment delivery clinically and efficiently.
